Tell us about who is in your family!

I’ve been married to my husband, Austin for almost 3 years. We have one amazing son, Kaden (2).

Where is your hometown?

I am from South Haven, Michigan. But now Austin, Kaden and I currently live in Portage.

How did you find Fit4Mom Kalamazoo?

I was a member of Fit4Mom Cedar Park when I lived in Texas (2020-2023)! I loved it so much and was jumping with joy when I saw Takara was launching Fit4Mom Kalamazoo in January of 2024!

What is favorite Fit4Mom format? Do you have a favorite exercise from class?

I enjoy all the classes, but my favorite class to take is Strides 360! My favorite exercise would definitely have to be squats!

What is something that surprised you about motherhood?

The love you feel for your child is something I knew would exist but the LEVEL of love I feel is beyond anything I could have ever imagined! The best feeling ever.

What are some of your 3 favorite things?

1. An ice cold draft beer

2. Laughing with my girl friends

3. Date night with my husband

What is your proudest mommy moment so far?

Seeing Kaden be kind and use manners with friends and other adults.

How are you going to celebrate your Fit4Mom milestone!?

A bowl of ice cream!!!
